1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Zyxxell AI Integration (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zyxxell AI Integration is a done-for-you marketing and automation agency. Services may include but are not limited to:
• CRM setup and management (GoHighLevel or similar platforms)
• Marketing automation and workflow development
• Funnel and landing page creation
• Lead generation systems
• Integration with third-party tools
• Ongoing system optimization and support
Scope of work will be defined per client agreement.
3. Fees & Payment
• Clients agree to pay a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee.
• Payment terms will be outlined prior to onboarding.
• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
• Lead volume
• Sales conversions
• Revenue increases
Results depend on multiple external factors outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond in a timely manner when approvals or inputs are required
• Comply with applicable laws in their marketing activities
Delays from the client side may impact timelines and results.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, automations, and materials created for the client remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables.
We reserve the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, and non-confidential systems.
7. Third-Party Tools
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:
• GoHighLevel
• Stripe
• Zapier
• Other integrations
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from these platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyxxell AI Integration shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or business interruption
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
• All outstanding balances must be settled
• Access to systems may be revoked if payment is incomplete
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
